All prices on our website are exclusive of postage which shall be added at the checkout. We deliver our coffee using SingPost SmartPac and Ninja Pack. Once we send out the parcel, you will receive an email notification/ SMS with a tracking number which allow you to check the status of delivery on www.singpost.com.

Coffee is perishable item, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us at ask@kopidou.com . We will contact you within 7 business day.
